Serbia - Turkey - International Geography Olympiad

BELGRADE, AUGUST 17 /SRNA/ - Petar Tolimir, a student at the Ruđer Bošković Gymnasium in Belgrade, won a gold medal at the International Geography Olympiad in Istanbul.
Tolimir took first place among 192 high school students from 48 countries.
The Serbian team also included Nikša Čeverljaković of Kraljevo Gymnasium, Marko Langović of the Sixth Belgrade Gymnasium, and Jakov Đondović of the Mathematical Gymnasium.
The Olympiad was held in Istanbul under the auspices of the International Geographical Union, said the Regional Center for Talented Students “Nikola Tesla” in Belgrade, which Tolimir attends.
