SARAJEVO, APRIL 1 /SRNA/ - The juvenile judge of the Municipal Court Sarajevo has issued restraining measures for three minors who are connected to the attack on high school students from Novi Sad, who were beaten in Sarajevo.
The spokesperson of the Municipal Court Sarajevo Amra Hodžić told SRNA that the Sarajevo Canton Prosecutor's Office did not request detention order for these minors.
She clarified that the juvenile judge, at the request of the Cantonal Prosecutor's Office, issued measures banning mutual contact, banning contact with another person who is a potential perpetrator, and mandatory reporting to the police station once a week.
Azra Bavčić, the spokesperson of the Prosecutor's Office of Sarajevo Canton, told SRNA that this judicial institution requested restraining measures for three minors suspected of violent behaviour.
High school students from Novi Sad, including a girl, who were on a student exchange in Sarajevo, were attacked with baseball bats on Friday evening, March 28.
