KOVAČEVIĆ LISTS BLANUŠA'S LIES: NO JUSTICE WITH THOSE WHOSE ONLY SIGNATURE IS HIDING AND LIES

BANJA LUKA, SEPTEMBER 28 /SRNA/ – Branko Blanuša is a candidate for Republika Srpska president who was obviously advised to constantly avoid and hide from the public, cameras, pre-election debates, to stay away from any situation in which he would have to answer a question or say anything other than pre-written speeches and empty messages, SNSD spokesperson Radovan Kovačević stressed.

Kovačević pointed out that Blanuša is the only candidate who was assessed as being likely to gain more political benefit if nobody sees or hears him.

"So, such a person would like to be president of Republika Srpska?!" Kovačević posted on X.

Such strategy, he adds, is not without basis, because no one has yet managed, in such a short political career, to compile such an extensive list of alleged deceptions and lies.

"Branko Blanuša has lied to:

- The SDS and the entire opposition – he presented himself as an uncompromising opponent of Dodik with whom there could be no dialogue, then went to Dodik personally to ask him for a favor.
- Vukanović and Petrović – he sought their support, promising that Božović would not run as a candidate.
- Božović – he promised him that he would persuade Vukanović to withdraw his candidacy.
- Stanivuković – he promised him a candidacy for prime minister if he withdrew his candidacy for Republika Srpska president, but nothing came of it.
- RSA veterans – he claims to have a clean wartime record, while a complaint for defection against him exists; he displayed his military service record, which, only confirmed accusations that he left the RSA as early as July 1995.
- The people of Republika Srpska –he said in Sarajevo that the BiH Parliamentary Assembly should make a decision concerning so-called state property; after returning to Banja Luka, he claimed that he had not said this, although a recording of his statement exists.
- The entire public – he claims that, under SNSD rule, nothing can be achieved anywhere unless you are a member of the ruling party, while he himself served as a faculty dean.
- SDS, SNS and POLIGRAF – he moved from SNS, headed by Adam Šukalo, to SDS, and then from SDS to the ruling POLIGRAF, before returning to SDS after its electoral defeat," Kovačević specified.

Finally, he emphasized, Blanuša even lied to Branko Blanuša himself – although he claimed that he wanted to be a presidential candidate, after persuasion and an offer from Draško Stanivuković, he personally voted and lobbied others against his own candidacy.

"I am completely certain that the people of Republika Srpska will, on Sunday, October 4, put an end to this short-lived, but by no means insignificant, series of deceptions, hiding, and lies. Enough is enough," Kovačević said.
