ALEKSA BRANKOVIĆ TAKES OVERALL TITLE AT INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL

BIJELJINA, APRIL 28 /SRNA/ – Aleksa Branković from Serbia is the overall winner of the Days of Accordion International Festival, held in Bijeljina.

Over the past five days, the festival brought together participants from as many as 15 countries, further strengthening its status as one of the most significant events dedicated to the classical accordion in the region and beyond.

The audience had the opportunity to enjoy a rich program that included competition performances as well as concerts by top-level artists.

The concert segment of the festival, in particular, added a distinct artistic dimension to the event, further affirming the accordion as a serious academic instrument, the organizers said.

The festival was officially closed with a concert at the Russian House, featuring internationally acclaimed Russian accordionists whose high-level performances elevated the finale and left a strong impression on the audience.

The festival was organized by the Artist Association and the Kornelije Stanković Music School, in cooperation with the World Confederation of Accordionists, confirming its high professional standard and international reputation.
