BANJA LUKA, JUNE 11 /SRNA/ - An acquittal is the only possible decision the Appeals Chamber of the extra-constitutional Court of BiH can make in the case against the President of Republika Srpska that would be in line with valid laws in BiH, rather than with an imposed law and criminal offenses fabricated by the German Christian Schmidt, Bogoljub Zeljković, a member of the Banja Luka City Assembly, told SRNA.

Zeljković stated that only such a decision could pull BiH out of the constitutional and political crisis caused by the German national Schmidt, who falsely presents himself as the High Representative based on a confirmation from an illegal body called the Peace Implementation Council.

"The political nature of the entire process and the first-instance ruling by the extra-constitutional Court of BiH has been confirmed by statements from Bosniak representatives, who continuously pressured the judiciary, along with Schmidt and Michael Murphy, and staged this entire farce of an indictment, which is just as fake as Christian Schmidt himself," stated Zeljković.

He pointed out that it is clear to both the domestic and international public that their common goal was to use this rigged trial to politically eliminate Milorad Dodik, as they are aware that they cannot manipulate or bend him to their will.

"Due to his firm and clear positions - respect for the letter, not the spirit, of the Dayton Agreement; preservation of Republika Srpska and its Dayton jurisdictions; equality of the two entities and the three constituent peoples - from which he has not and will not back down regardless of blackmail, pressure, sanctions, or threats to his personal and family comfort, he has become the subject of political persecution and demonization by parts of the international community, the Bosniak political bloc, and their media. This process is clear evidence and confirmation of that," emphasized Zeljković.

The fact that the people have wanted Milorad Dodik as their leader and representative for decades, Zeljković told SRNA, is the main reason why he is considered an obstacle by these actors.

"Aware that Milorad Dodik has enjoyed absolute support from his people for decades and that no one can defeat him in elections, because the will of the people and the people themselves cannot be changed, they have resorted to judicial persecution through an extra-constitutional court and prosecutor's office, which no one in Republika Srpska trusts," emphasized Zeljković.

According to him, through this political process, they have tried to push through certain solutions that suit the parties currently backing Schmidt in BiH, namely the British and the Germans.

He stated that imposing a decision from a foreigner, who punishes those who do not accept or recognize it, has destroyed everything that Republika Srpska and the Federation of BiH were meant to build in BiH.

"Institutions that operate under the orders of the illegal /High Representative/ Schmidt will never be acceptable to the Serbs. The issue of the Court and the law on the Court of BiH must be resolved through political dialogue among legally elected political representatives who form the government and through the relevant institutions. Therefore, I emphasize that an acquittal, followed by dialogue, is the solution to all problems in BiH. Without that, the survival of BiH is extremely uncertain. Years pass, time goes on, yet we remain stuck due to selfishness, stubbornness, and hatred that is daily spread from Sarajevo," stated Zeljković.

He stated that it is high time to get to work and for everyone to take responsibility for their duties, because the people voted for work, to secure a better future, a normal life, and to live off their labor, something political Sarajevo persistently prevents by "firing blanks" at the leader of the Serb people, whom they clearly cannot harm.
