THE USE OF FIREARMS IN MULTI-ETHNIC AREA IS EXTREMELY DANGEROUS

BRČKO, MARCH 27 /SRNA/ - Brčko District Mayor Siniša Milić called for an urgent police response following an incident at Youth Square, where gunfire was heard during celebrations of the BiH national football team's victory, and warned that the use of firearms in a multi-ethnic environment is extremely dangerous and sends disturbing messages to citizens.

Milić condemned last night's incident and demanded immediate action from the police, who are already working to identify the individuals who fired bursts from a convoy of cars in the city center.

He raised concerns about the origin of automatic weapons in civilian hands, emphasizing that such occurrences must not be tolerated at public celebrations.

He called on the competent authorities to strictly enforce legal measures to prevent similar criminal acts and ensure public safety.

Displaying the war flags of the so-called Army of BiH and using automatic weapons, a group of fans celebrated the victory of the BiH football team over Wales last night in Brčko.
