SARAJEVO, April 3 /SRNA/ – No one tramples the Constitution of BiH as crudely and recklessly as the incomplete Constitutional Court of BiH, legal expert Ognjen Tadić told SRNA.
"Nothing new in the incomplete Constitutional Court of BiH. Same target, same distance. The Dayton Peace Agreement suffers the most consequences, which is precisely the goal of those who instruct them," Tadić said over the court's decision to declare several provisions of the Republika Srpska Law on Police and Internal Affairs unconstitutional.
The incomplete Constitutional Court of BiH determined that provisions of the Law on Police and Internal Affairs of Republika Srpska are unconstitutional in the part referring to digital signing and the issuance of qualified digital certificates and the personalization of documents, as well as the protection of infrastructure.
