BANJA LUKA, JULY 1 /SRNA/ - The idea of returning foreigners to the Commission to Preserve National Monuments represents a serious violation of the spirit of the Dayton Peace Agreement, Marko Romić, Secretary General to the President of Republika Srpska, told SRNA.

"However, such a move by the Bosniak duo in the Presidency of BiH is not surprising, as it reflects the continued erosion of the Dayton framework of BiH. In every provision of the Dayton Agreement, the presence of the international factor was time-limited, temporary, and primarily linked to the post-war period," Romić explained.

Instead of initiating the departure of foreign judges from the Constitutional Court of BiH and ending the mandate of the OHR, he added, such proposals represent a step backwards and further strengthen the already evident colonial status of BiH.
