PIC SESSION LAYS BARE THE TRUE TREATMENT OF REPUBLIKA SRPSKA AS POLITICAL EXPERIMENT

SARAJEVO, JUNE 3 /SRNA/ - The Chair of the SNSD Caucus in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly Sanja Vulić told SRNA that today’s session of the Peace Implementation Council /PIC/ once again laid bare the true nature of the international community’s relations with Republika Srpska - not as a partner, but as an object of political experiments.

Vulić emphasized that the announced plans to house migrants from the United Kingdom and the EU in Republika Srpska represent the height of hypocrisy and an imposed humiliation.

"The SNSD and the Serb people are once again being targeted. This time not through sanctions, blackmail, or political spin, but through plans to turn Republika Srpska into an unwanted migrant zone - against the will of the citizens, without a single voice from the people," Vulić stated.

She stressed that this is a reflection of the current international community - the executioner of democracy who destroys everything the people chose."

"On the other hand, we see willing obedience from the local opposition in Republika Srpska and the so-called Bosniak ‘Troika,’ who, for the sake of their own political ambitions, would even agree to settle migrants in our people's towns," Vulić added.

She has declared that these are not people who represent the interests of citizens, but extensions of foreign centres of power.

Vulić has reminded that the citizens of Republika Srpska had spoken through elections saying the SNSD and its coalition partners represent their will.

"As long as the people are the ones making the decisions, not foreign embassies, the elected government will not allow Republika Srpska to be turned into a migrant depot for Europe’s failures," Vulić stated.

She concluded by saying that Republika Srpska will never be a place for migrants.

"We are not, and will not be, a colony or someone else’s border. If anyone is looking for democracy’s executioner, they should look in the mirror," Vulić emphasized.
