SARAJEVO, APRIL 2 /SRNA/ - The judicial system in BiH has decided to deal with politicians from Republika Srpska, and the latest target is Srpska Minister of Justice Miloš Bukejlović, head of the SNSD Deputies' Club in the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, Sanja Vulić, told SRNA.
Vulić emphasized that the group of judges, which presents itself as the Constitutional Court of BiH, acts outside the framework of the Constitution, while the Minister of Justice of Republika Srpska acts in accordance with the laws and competences of the Republika Srpska institutions, as clearly defined by the Dayton Peace Accords.
"I wonder if there is anyone among us who will not end up in a camp for Serbs /Viktor Bubanj/?" Vulić asked.
According to her, BiH is getting smaller, you should thank the obedient judiciary for that, they don't even know what the Declaration on Human Rights represents.
"Before you start lecturing, gentlemen, first learn how to respect the Constitution. The judiciary in BiH is neither independent, nor fair, nor does it act in accordance with the law. Judicial institutions at the level of BiH are not a constitutional category. This is probably their excuse, so they work according to the will and orders of Christian Schmidt," said Vulić.
She stressed that BiH is not a sovereign state, but a colonial administration.
Today, the truncated Constitutional Court of BiH delivered to the Prosecutor's Office of BiH a decision on non-execution of this court's temporary measure regarding the repeal of the Law on the High Judicial and Prosecutorial Council of Republika Srpska, and they directly called out Republika Srpska Minister of Justice, Miloš Bukejlović.
