MITROVIĆ: IF SCHMIDT HAD BEEN LEGALIST, HE WOULD NOT HAVE COME TO BiH IN THE FIRST PLACE

BANJA LUKA, MAY 12 /SRNA/ – If Christian Schmidt had been a legalist and a man with any sense of morality, he should never have come to BiH in the first place and spent years illegitimately and illegally pretending to be the high representative, law professor Ljubinko Mitrović told SRNA.

He recalled that Russia and China, as permanent members of the United Nations Security Council, did not vote for Schmidt at the Council session.

Mitrović said that by resigning, Schmidt had indirectly rendered all of his own decisions invalid as well.

"It is a pity for the enormous amount of money he received over the past five years," Mitrović concluded.

The OHR announced yesterday that Christian Schmidt had made a personal decision to leave BiH.
