KOVAČEVIĆ: STATE PROPERTY DOES NOT EXIST

SARAJEVO, MAY 14 /SRNA/ - Radovan Kovačević, Serb member of the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, said that the "state" property does not exist and that everything is defined by the Dayton Peace Agreement.

"It was clearly stated that 49 percent of BiH belongs to Republika Srpska and that 51 percent of the territory belongs to the Federation of BiH. It is clear who owns everything located within that 49 percent," Kovačević told reporters in Sarajevo.

He reminded that the Constitution of BiH clearly defines the competencies of BiH.

Kovačević stressed that it is explicitly stated that all matters not specifically listed as competencies of BiH fall under the jurisdiction of Republika Srpska and the Federation of BiH.

"It's a completely settled matter!" Kovačević said.
