SARAJEVO, NOVEMBER 5 /SRNA/ – The Constitutional Court of a country that is, among others, also a country of Serbs, has chosen the decision of an illegal foreigner over the will and choice of Serbs, Radovan Kovačević, Serb delegate in the House of Peoples of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly of BiH, has stressed.
By doing so, Kovačević said, the Court has most directly shown whose court it truly is – and it is clearly not BiH's.
"There is no `R` or `L` from the rule of law here - only `HR` from the High Representative, illegal and illegitimate," Kovačević posted on X.
He emphasized that between the BiH Constitution, which the Court is bound to protect, and the so-called conclusions of the Bonn Conference - which are not part of that Constitution and were never accepted by BiH, and therefore cannot have legal validity in the country - the Court chose the latter, acting against the BiH Constitution.
The incomplete Constitutional Court of BiH yesterday rejected the appeal filed by the legal team of President Milorad Dodik against the verdict of the BiH Court sentencing him to one year in prison and six years' prohibition from political activity for "non-compliance with the decisions of Christian Schmidt".
