KOŠARAC: THE RUMP CONSTITUTIONAL COURT IS A POLITICALLY INSTRUMENTALIZED INSTITUTION

ISTOČNO SARAJEVO, JULY 3 /SRNA/ - Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers Staša Košarac emphasized that the rump Constitutional Court of BiH has once again shown that there is neither law nor justice in BiH, and that through its decisions, it persistently legalizes the destruction of the Constitution and the legal order.

"It is a politically instrumentalized institution, which, instead of being the guardian of the constitutional order, persistently legalizes the destruction of the Constitution and the legal order in BiH through its decisions. A miserable and woeful institution!" Košarac wrote on X.

The rump Constitutional Court of BiH claims that Christian Schmidt's interventions in the Criminal Code of BiH are in accordance with the Constitution of BiH and the European Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms.
