KOŠARAC: INTERPOL'S DECISION NEW HUGE EMBARRASSMENT OF SO-CALLED BiH JUDICIARY

EAST SARAJEVO, APRIL 3 /SRNA/ - Interpol's decision to completely reject the request for an international arrest warrant for Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik and National Assembly Speaker Nenad Stevandić laid bare all the misery of the so-called judicial apparatus of BiH, pointed out Council of Ministers Deputy Chairman Staša Košarac.

"Unconstitutional Prosecutor's Office and the anti-Dayton Court, continuing with abuses and lies, tried to draw Interpol into their machinations thus prevent and hinder the diplomatic activities of President Dodik," Košarac told SRNA after Interpol rejected the request of the unconstitutional Court of BiH yesterday to issue a red arrest warrant for the president of Srpska and the speaker of the National Assembly.

However, Košarac pointed out, Interpol has proven is a serious international organisation that will not be an accomplice in Bosniak illegal bragging and mockery of international law.

He emphasized that this slap by Interpol is a new big embarrassment for the so-called judiciary of BiH, which is an international one this time.

According to him, such moves by the unconstitutional Court and the Prosecutor's Office of BiH additionally strengthen the decisions of the Srpska National Assembly to reject their operations.

"Such acts of unconstitutional and imposed institutions only confirm how justified and necessary the decision of the National Assembly was. Our national saying says: `What is born wrong, time does not correct,`" stated Košarac.
