KOŠARAC: CHINESE COMPANIES SHOW GREAT INTEREST IN INVESTING IN SRPSKA

NINGBO, MAY 23 /SRNA/ - During a special event on the investment and tourism potentials of Republika Srpska and BiH, held within the framework of the “China–Central and Eastern European Countries Expo,” the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers, Staša Košarac, pointed out the comparative advantages and investment opportunities in Republika Srpska, and its favorable tax policies.

“We expressed our commitment and determination to open new markets for the placement of products from Republika Srpska and the Federation of BiH,” Košarac said.

Košarac said that China is an important friend and partner with whom they seek to improve economic cooperation.

“Representatives of 37 Chinese companies attended this forum, and I am truly encouraged by the fact that they showed great interest in investing in Srpska and establishing connections with our business community. We also achieved excellent results for companies from Republika Srpska and the Federation of BiH, whose representatives are at the Expo Fair in Ningbo,” Košarac wrote on Instagram.

He announced that over the next six months, these companies would have the opportunity to participate completely free of charge in upcoming fairs and exhibitions across China.

“This also serves as motivation for other domestic companies to apply for participation at next year’s fair in Ningbo,” Košarac said.
