BANJA LUKA, MAY 16 /SRNA/ - Milorad Kojić, SNSD deputy of the House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly, says that allowing individuals linked to the Wahhabi movement to conduct drills in the facilities of the Armed Forces of BiH represents a serious security issue, which, he says, is being deliberately orchestrated to instill fear among the Serb people, who have suffered greatly at the hands of Wahhabis.
Kojić has argued that such actions are creating a wartime atmosphere in BiH, adding that the majority of Bosniaks are also wary of the Wahhabis.
He claimed that Minister of Defence in the Council of Ministers Zukan Helez is trying to act as a minister for only one ethnic group, and is openly violating the law without any accountability.
"You witnessed that he called on EUFOR to arrest Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik without any legal authority, knowing that EUFOR also has no terms to act in such a manner. That's just populism," Kojić told the press in Banja Luka.
He has asserted that the goal is to create a security crisis to provoke foreign intervention, adding that some federal media outlets are even calling on Christian Schmidt to intervene in the appointment of the Minister of Security.
"They constantly call for foreign intervention instead of participating in any form of dialogue," Kojić said, emphasizing that this was also evident in their refusal to attend the meeting in Doboj convened by Republika Srpska President Milorad Dodik.
