BANJA LUKA, APRIL 17 /SRNA/ - Professor of International Relations at Banja Luka University Željko Budimir states the statement of EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas that Europe will not look favorably on the leaders who come to Moscow to attend the Victory Day represents the biggest attempt so far to revise history.

Budimir mentioned that Kallas forbids going to the country that paid with 28 million dead for the victory over the greatest Nazi evil; this is the 80th anniversary, which is so fresh precisely because of such history revisions she turnes into politics.

"Imagine telling the Serbs and Russians not to celebrate 80th anniversary of victory over Nazism and fascism, that is the biggest attempt to revise history so far," Budimir told RTRS.

He reiterated that the Russian people made the greatest sacrifice in the victory over fascism, and proportionately, the Serb people, along with the Jews and the Poles, are behind it.

"Ukraine reminds us that Nazism is alive, that people are still dying under Nazi symbols and flags, that the Nazi ideology is something that is being implemented in the new war against Russia and that institutions and bureaucrats like Kaja Kallas are often complicit in this," said Budimir, who also holds the position of the Minister of Scientific - Technological Development and Higher Education of Srpska.
