SARAJEVO, MARCH 26 /SRNA/ - Deputy Minister of Defense in the Council of Ministers Aleksandar Goganović has filed a criminal complaint with the Prosecutor's Office of BiH against unknown persons over offensive graffiti on barracks in Pazarić, stating that he expects the case to be resolved.
Goganović emphasized that the graffiti constitutes public incitement and spreading of national, racial, or religious hatred, discord, or intolerance among the constituent peoples.
He said that the case should not be politicized, but that it is important to establish all the circumstances.
"It is important that there is a clear political and social stance that such things are unacceptable," Goganović said.
According to him, the Armed Forces are a joint institution of all peoples, and any form of inappropriate messages should be treated equally.
"Had the graffiti been directed against any other people, I would have reacted the same," Goganović concluded.
Two days ago, graffiti reading "Death to Serbs, Bosnia to Bosniaks" appeared at the Basic Training Center in Pazarić.
