GOGANOVIĆ ATTENDS RECEPTION MARKING THE 99TH ANNIVERSARY OF THE FOUNDING OF THE PEOPLE'S LIBERATION ARMY OF CHINA

SARAJEVO, JULY 30 /SRNA/ - Deputy Defense Minister in the Council of Ministers Aleksandar Goganović, and the Chief of the Joint Staff of the Armed Forces of BiH, Lieutenant General Gojko Knežević, attended a reception this evening on the occasion of the 99th anniversary of the founding of the People's Liberation Army of China.

Goganović told SRNA that the Serbian and Chinese peoples maintain friendly relations based on mutual appreciation and respect, and expressed confidence that cooperation in areas of common interest would continue.

He noted that the successful cooperation between BiH and China in the defense sector would continue.

They attended the reception at the invitation of the Chinese Ambassador to BiH, Li Fan, and military attaché Senior Colonel Sun Jilong.
