FBiH CANNOT INFLUENCE DECISIONS OF REPUBLIKA SRPSKA

SARAJEVO, NOVEMBER 21 /SRNA/ – Political moves and calls coming from the Federation of BiH /FBiH/ will not determine decisions in Republika Srpska, MP of United Srpska in the BiH House of Representatives Milan Petković told SRNA.

He stated that the positions of the SDP BiH and the FBiH Minister of Interior Ramo Isak, who have expressed support for SDS candidate Branko Blanuša in the upcoming presidential election in Republika Srpska, are their own political choice and a reflection of relations within the FBiH, stressing that this has no impact whatsoever on the work of institutions of Republika Srpska.

"Republika Srpska remains consistent, united and focused on the interests of its citizens, and will not pay attention to statements coming from those who seek to abolish Srpska", Petković emphasized.

He said that Republika Srpska conducts its own politics within its constitutional competences.

"We will not allow political moves from the FBiH to shape our decisions or destabilize our political environment", Petković said.
