BANJA LUKA, JUNE 24 /SRNA/ - SNSD President Milorad Dodik stated that the phrase "rule of law" has long since been rendered meaningless in BiH, not by representatives of Republika Srpska, but by a host of unitarists, foreigners, and other unscrupulous figures whose primary goal is the weakening and eventual disappearance of Republika Srpska.
Dodik pointed out that yesterday, the Minister of Communications and Transport in the Council of Ministers Edin Forto and the Director of IDDEEA Almir Badnjević openly explained that, in their view, decisions of regulatory bodies and court rulings do not apply to them.
"Go ahead, guys! Just keep it up! I have been saying for years that no one does a better job of dismantling BiH than you do!" Dodik stated.
He stressed that no administrative body will act as a legislator for Republika Srpska and that fundamental processes will not be regulated by its internal unlawful acts.
"Enough is enough!" Dodik said.
He stressed that there is no form of "digitalisation" under whose slogan the unauthorized processing of citizens' personal data in Republika Srpska or the Federation of BiH should be allowed, nor arbitrary interpretations of jurisdictions and the implementation of internal rules by administrative bodies that have no legal basis.
"This is not digital transformation - it is legal improvisation and lawlessness. And frankly, even criminal activity. So go ahead with dismantling this country if you’ve already decided to do so. We won't stand in your way, but we also won't allow what you’re planning, all smeared and greased up with various funds," Dodik said.
He added that lawlessness and unconstitutional actions will not be allowed.
