ISTOČNO SARAJEVO, APRIL 29, 2026 /SRNA/ – Members of the Presidency of BiH Denis Bećirović and Željko Komšić today opposed the recommendation of Serb member of the Presidency Željka Cvijanović to designate the "Muslim Brotherhood" and the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps /IRGC/ as terrorist organizations, SRNA finds out.
This time, according to SRNA’s information, Bećirović agreed for the item to be included on the agenda of today's session, while Komšić was against it. However, during the vote, both Bećirović and Komšić voted against the proposal, while Cvijanović voted in favor. As a result, the agenda item was not adopted, contrary to reports by Federation-based media that it had been removed from the agenda.
At the beginning of April, Cvijanović proposed that this item be included on the agenda, but it was rejected by the other two members.
