CVIJANOVIĆ VOICES SUPPORT FOR TRUMP ADMINISTRATION'S APPROACH

ISTOČNO SARAJEVO, MAY 13 /SRNA/ – The Serb member of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović, during talks with US Congressman Randy Fine, expressed support for the approach of President Donald Trump's administration that domestic institutions and democratically elected representatives should assume full responsibility for all processes in BiH.

"I began my three-day visit to the United States with a very substantive meeting in Congress with Republican Congressman Randy Fine", Cvijanović wrote on social media.

She stressed that the meeting provided an opportunity to explain to her interlocutor the constitutional structure of BiH, as well as the position and views of Republika Srpska regarding current political developments.

"I expressed support for the approach of President Trump's administration, according to which domestic institutions and democratically elected representatives should take full responsibility for all processes in BiH", Cvijanović added.

She noted that several more important meetings with representatives of political, business and diplomatic circles in Washington are scheduled during the remainder of her visit.
