CVIJANOVIĆ: LET FEAST OF FEASTS REMIND US OF IMPORTANCE OF UNITY

SARAJEVO, APRIL 11 /SRNA/ - Željka Cvijanović, the Serb member of the Presidency of BiH, wished His Holiness, Serbian Patriarch Porfirije, the archbishops, clergy, monks, and all Orthodox believers a happy Easter, the greatest Christian holiday, wishing them to spend it in spiritual peace, forgiveness, and unity.

"May the feast of feasts, which brings hope and salvation, bring serenity to your hearts, strengthen your faith, and remind us of the importance of unity, attention, and care for one another, the joy of family gatherings, and the well-being of all people of goodwill," Cvijanović said in her greeting.

She wished that, in the spirit of Christ’s Resurrection, people support one another, preserve family values, and spread love, understanding, and kindness, along with the traditional greeting: “Christ is Risen!”

The Serbian Orthodox Church celebrates tomorrow the greatest Christian holiday - Easter, which commemorates the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead and represents the essence of the Christian faith.
