BUDGET RETURNED TO PRESIDENCY FOR REVISION

SARAJEVO, SEPTEMBER 1 /SRNA/ - The House of Representatives of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly adopted a conclusion returning the Proposed Law on the Budget of BiH Institutions and International Obligations for this year to the Presidency for revision, since it is not analytically and substantively structured in a way that would allow implementation in the part concerning salary increases.

Twenty-three MPs voted in favor of this conclusion, 11 were against, and five abstained.

This conclusion was proposed by Our Party MP Predrag Kojović.

Concluding today's session, the Speaker of the House of Representatives Marinko Čavara said that if the Presidency is expedient and all materials are ready for debate, the Proposed Budget could be considered at the session on September 11 at 10:00.

"If the budget is not delivered by then, the regular session will take place as scheduled. If it is an urgent session, the regular session will follow after the urgent one," Čavara stated.
