STUTTGART, MARCH 27 /SRNA/ - The Bosniak diplomatic corps selectively violates the Constitution of Bosnia and Herzegovina and acts with personal or party, inconsistent views, and only deepens the crisis in the country, said the Consul General of BiH in Stuttgart Vera Sajić.
Sajić emphasized that everything that the diplomats from the ranks of the Serb people in BiH pointed out in the previous days, but also earlier, was once again confirmed by the Bosniak diplomatic corps.
"The latest example of the unconstitutional behavior of the Ambassador of BiH to the UN, Zlatko Lagumdžija, is reprehensible, and we do not see any letters from the two Bosniak members of the BiH Presidency, nor the reaction of the Minister of Foreign Affairs," Sajić said regarding the non-forwarding of the letter of the Serb member and Chairperson of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović to the missions of the member states of the Security Council.
Sajić emphasized that in this way they have been exposing their true intentions for years, violating the principles of Dayton and hypocritically shifting the blame to others.
She pointed out that for years there have been double standards in BiH diplomacy, which is all - just not diplomacy.
"It serves to promote Bosniak interests wherever they can. Croats are completely invisible in BiH diplomacy, and Serb diplomats are tried to be intimidated with letters and instructions," Sajić emphasized.
She assessed that this kind of behavior is clear to everyone outside Bosnia and Herzegovina, and that it destroys an already minor reputation.
When Bosniaks abuse the diplomatic-consular network, Sajić added, that is fine for them, that is how lawlessness continues for years, and Serb diplomats are tried to be taught a lesson.
"Lagumdžija clearly states that he represents the politics of /Bosniak member of the Presidency Denis/ Bećirović, with whom he has political agreement regarding foreign policy goals. With this sentence, Lagumdžija once again buried BiH diplomacy," Sajić said.
According to her, arbitrary behavior, usurpation of rights and violation of the Constitution of BiH is at work again and all this is done by those who swear in BiH, but in fact they do everything to prevent Bosnia and Herzegovina from functioning and show that they do not respect the Constitution or the constituency of the three nations.
"Why hasn't the Prosecutor's Office of BiH reacted to this type of behavior so far, or are they once again showing us that they act quickly and urgently only when Serb officials need to be charged," Sajić asked.
Serb member and chairperson of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović sent a letter to the address of the Permanent Mission of BiH to the UN, which Lagumdžija was supposed to forward to the missions of the member countries of the Security Council.
The permanent mission in New York is a service for forwarding diplomatic correspondence, but under the strict supervision of Lagumdžija, this was not done.
