APPROVED KEY DOCUMENTS TO LAUNCH MORE THAN €1 MILLION IN ENERGY INVESTMENTS

BANJA LUKA, MAY 4 /SRNA/ – General Director of "Elektroprenos BiH" Miro Džakula said that the Company's Shareholders' Assembly today adopted acts necessary for launching planned investments worth more than EUR one million.

Džakula noted that the acts had previously been adopted by the Company's Management and Supervisory Boards, and that the investments require swift action.

"You know how investments in renewable energy sources are evolving and that it is necessary to build an entirely new electricity grid. I believe the entire energy sector is ready for redefinition, but we will discuss that on another occasion", Džakula told reporters after the Shareholders' Assembly session of Elektroprenos BiH.

He thanked the prime ministers of Republika Srpska and the Federation of BiH, Savo Minić and Nermin Nikšić, for their support to Elektroprenos BiH.
