SARAJEVO, JUNE 30 /SRNA/ - SNSD deputies in the House of Representatives of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH are providing absolute support to the Serb member of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović, stated the chairwoman of this party's caucus Sanja Vulić, emphasizing that it is good that the final word does not belong to the BiH Presidency and the people who derogate that institution, but to the National Assembly of Republika Srpska.
"The moment the Serb member of the BiH Presidency initiates the protection of vital national interest, I am sure that the conscience of the deputies of the National Assembly of Republika Srpska will act, and not only the deputies of the SNSD and coalition parties but all sincere Serb patriots. It is high time that foreign interventionism stops and that domestic institutions make decisions responsibly," Vulić told reporters in Sarajevo.
According to her, this BiH has no future, not because Serbs do not want it, but precisely because it has /Željko/ Komšić and /Denis/ Bećirović, who do not respect and instead derogate what is good and what is called the letter of the constitution and the law.
"The Commission to Preserve National Monuments is important for Serbs because everything that is Serbian and testifies to the centuries-long existence of Serbs in these areas is being attempted to be somehow erased by Bosniak political Sarajevo and by, I can freely say, fake Croat representatives," emphasized Vulić.
The chairwoman of the SNSD caucus in the House of Representatives pointed out that she, alongside the Serb member of the BiH Presidency, will fight for the Serbian cultural and historical heritage in these areas.
"As long as there are sincere members of the Presidency from the ranks of the Serb people like Cvijanović, we will fight to our last breath so that it is known what is Serbian, because Serbs are the oldest in these areas. We have existed for centuries; we were not created and invented, which our history shows. That is why we will preserve our history as well," she added.
The Serb member of the BiH Presidency Željka Cvijanović stated that the National Assembly of Republika Srpska will have the main word on the decision regarding the appointment of members of the Commission to Preserve National Monuments, which she declared yesterday to be destructive to the vital national interest of Republika Srpska after it was voted on at a Presidency session without a quorum.
Cvijanović said that the Chairman of the BiH Presidency Denis Bećirović, who proposed this decision, carried out lawlessness, and that constitutional and procedural rules were violated on multiple occasions during the Presidency session.
